Call 444 or 400, your issue should be handled there. If you didn't see 4g at all, it could have been provisioning issue. But you are seeing, so it's a network issue. Welcome on board
Confirm you have the right apn
Apn name: gloflat (no space, small letters)
Username: flat
Password: flat
Then restart the device
It's the network here. GLO is very poor.

Follow screenshot
After you open access point name at the bottom of the page click on new APN and follow the next screenshot
after you configure as seen. Click more from and click save, then apply created access point.

NB: Username and password is gprs
I have done all these. Same thing. Na GLO network jare.

I tried 3g and it still wasn't working. I'll switch to airtel.

Lol. If you can't still have lil faith in Glo, call the customer care and table your issue. They will ask you some questions about your precise location, landmark amg Co, they will escalate to the nearest base station to you. Truth be told, it could take about a week days or less to get resolved. If you are patient enough, it can be fixed. It's your call

I did that some hours ago. The sim is on my tecno, I'll be using WiFi

Check Jboixxx compilation for FAQ. Your battery can better if you had read that thread.

1. You haven't turned off Bluetooth and WiFi scanning

2. You haven't switched the SIM you are not using for Data to 2G.

Take a screen shot and before it disappears, tap the screen shot dialog box at the top right corner of the screen and you'll find scroll button as in the first image below and when you done scrolling, tap done as in the second picture

It doesn't work on Mi A3.

For those contemplating, please go and get a xiaomi phone, you won't regret. Go and get a redmi note 8. Best way to start 2020 cheesy cheesy

I was not a fan of games but when I played Dust settler, a game that came with the phone- I can't get my hands off, I am downloading "call of duty" soon.

I downloaded the bible app but it's not showing quotes on my screen.

Check settings and it should be running in the background otherwise it won't work.

I just got my redmi note 8 recently. Does your phone warm up? Mine gets to like 43 c degree under normal use. It feels hot even through the phone case with the cameras hot. Is this normal? Thanks

Nope bro. 2 games came with the phone. Dust Settle and Pop shooter Blast. On changing region to India, it added Ludo Master.

Yes it does. Only when I'm charging or using it under the sun though.

It hardly heats up while using it... I think it is the weather
