Let me just be a little forward now. If Osimhen to Madrid becomes a reality, I can safely say Madrid will parade the most fearsome bulldozing attack in this new decade BECAUSE MBAPPE WILL ALSO JOIN MADRID. MBAPPE-OSIMHEN-HAZARD... or whoever else alongside Mbappe and Osimhen will be absolutely "death" staring teams in the face. charlesemeka85: 6 Likes |

And I never told you he will bench him but will fight for a chance in the team. When lille signed him do u know he was brought in to play as a cover to Remy? In the game of football no one is indispensable and if osimhen shuns out good performances and stats from the little chance he may get at Madrid according to you I see no reason he won't be played more. It's high time we start thinking big of our players. If Madrid don't need osimhen then I see no reason why Perez and zizou will enquire about him andrewbaba44: |

Ofcos that wont happen. Charles refers to Post-Benzema in Osimhen's case as regards a possible Madrid move. Benzema is 33 now and that explains their strong links with Osimhen. As for Barca... I don't think Osimhen will move there. Barca could get Lautaro Martinez or someone else out there. andrewbaba44: 2 Likes |

Andrew wey dey talk no knw say Madrid is spending huge in rebuilding their squad. Modric and kroos are likely to leave next season They re currently linked with mbappe, one wonder kid from Brazil, Osimhen, camavinga, Soumare and a CB from the same lille team. Perez is building a team for the future TheSuperNerd: |

I never said osimhen will join and make zizou drop benzema to the bench but the motive behind the rumor is to bring in a young striker to understudy benzima and take over from him whenever he leaves. TheSuperNerd: 1 Like |

Rogers was left flustered after Wilf's injury so he threw in Prat to fill in but went a goal down in the first half. He decided to do a direct swap for Prat bringing in Hamza who filled in for Wilf and brought stability to the mid field and he was the main architect of the equalizer. Hamza can actually step up to fill in for Wilf if he gets enough playing time, dude is good too maybe not to Wilf's level. Now Rogers can appreciate more the unnoticed silent but vital shift Wilf puts into that Leicester mid field. Nacho was goal hungry and he took the only chance that came to him. I can't see Rogers letting go of Wilf for now maybe this injury can open up Hamza as a possible replacement for him which can open the door for his exit 1 Like |

Some Basketball digression.... Remember Gabriel Vincent from the D'Tigers at the last Basketball WC in China with his long shots from behind the arc? @MiamiHEAT have signed him to a two-way contract and waived guard Daryl Macon. Vincent spent the last two seasons in the G League for Stockton Kings. Welcome to the #NBA Vincent!! Courtesy: @QueenJohn4 (Queen Moseph) & @BBallNaija @MiamiHeat 6 Likes 2 Shares

Isaac Promise Buried With No Representative from NFF Officials. The funeral of Isaac Promise, the former Nigeria youth captain, took place in the south-eastern town of Umudim, Ohekelem, Imo State. Promise, 31, died of a suspected heart attack in early October in the United States, according to American second-tier side Austin Bold. Clad in black, the family gathered three months after his death to attend the burial ceremony. Despite representing his country at all youth level, he was buried in a low-key ceremony with a no-show from top Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) officials. "We sent out the programme in December, but there was no representative from the football community," a family member told us this, "Imagine a former captain of Nigeria and there was no NFF representatives among the audience, & not even a former teammate. According to famous British bookmaking firm William Hill, European champions Liverpool are the favourites to sign Victor Osimhen if he departs Lille before February 1, 2020. The Nigeria international is attracting interest from several big European clubs after a brilliant start to his career in France that has seen him score 14 goals in 25 matches across all competitions. Based on the odds, Liverpool are in pole position to sign the former Wolfsburg starlet followed by Barcelona and Real Madrid, who are joint second. West Ham and Chelsea are the next in line to sign Osimhen while Tottenham Hotspur are the sixth favourite, according to the bookmakers. Lille President Gérard Lopez has repeatedly stated that he is not willing to sanction the sale of the striker in the January transfer window and is hoping to keep him at the club beyond this season. Signed for a fee of 12 million euros from Sporting Charleroi in August 2019, the 2015 U17 World Cup Golden Boot winner is now valued in the region of seventy million euros. Osimhen's contract with Lille expires at the end of the 2023-2024 season. 1 Like |

Kazeem Olaigbe has penned pro terms with Southampton. Arriving in the summer of 2019 from Belgian outfit Anderlecht, the teenager turned 17 last week and now agrees terms on a deal until June 2022. Saints academy director Matt Hale told the club's website: “Kazeem has been monitored for some time through our European recruitment team. “He has exciting attacking qualities which have been highlighted already at under-23 level this season. His pace and fluid movement is pleasing on the eye and causes real difficulties for his direct opponents. “I'm sure Kazeem will have a bright future ahead of him at Southampton FC. 1 Like |
