Hello boss. The sound on my Redmi 6a just stopped working this afternoon, and no sound comes from music player, Instagram, YouTube etc.
I've rebooted and tried all I could, but still no change. It only works via ear piece.
What else can I do, please?

Method 2: Go to settings > home screen and recent > show memory status and toggle it ON.

Update:
I asked for a recall as advised here. Today, I got a message that I should come pick the phone. That it has arrived from Lagos.

I am there now. But funny enough, a phone I was told to buy screen for 22K is now displaying against the blank display it had when I dropped it at the care center.

I just put it on and shockingly, the touch isn't working. What kind of problem is this?


Any screen protector on it before or after retrieving it?

Like someone put a gun to your head, for you to buy. People like you is reasons why people don't give advice or opinions concerning a phone.

It is not too late to correct your mistake, the thread store is there put up an advert to sell the phone and get yourself a Samsung. Flash news Samsung A51 is out it is just $371
