Good morning house. I have a little challenge. I want to apply for MSC in biotechnology. I have a 2.2 biochemistry, graduated 2014 currently working in a medical diagnostic laboratory. Please house, help me with a solid SOP as I don't know how to marry working in a medical diagnostic laboratory and seeking an msc biotechnology. Thank you. God bless you all

Congrates bro. I like the way you have written your timeline. It is very concise.

My e-family, is it possible to book Lagos to Sydney flight and spend some days with a relative in Newcastle before heading to Melbourne? ( Note: School resumes February ending).

I hope I will not have issues with immigration at the point of entry if they see that my inbound is far from my school.

I will need an urgent response. I am about booking. Thanks in anticipation

@tunlex01 and @Softkey

I know this is gone already, just want to add my 1 cent. IELTS general is accepted for PR and I know so many people that used it. The issue is some assessing bodies only accept IELTS Academic for their assessment, e.g CPA, IPA, but most don't even need IELTS for assessment, so if you are not assessing with CPA, IPA, you can use any IELTS you have as DHA accepts both.

Softkey:
You need to always read well and digest before commenting not just trying to find faults.
Normally I don’t dwell much on stuffs like this but I identified your type as one who doesn’t give out information when people required one even though you claimed to be well informed but always feed on others comments to look for a glitch without digesting. I’m off on this.

Happy new year in advance to you brother, I would still like to link up and enjoy the new year celebration with you. All bills on you smiley

Good day everyone. I have some questions.
I am a mechanical engineering graduate. I will be getting married soon. My fiancee is a civil Engineer.
I intend going to Australia via the student route. I already have PTE academic with overall score of 90.

1. Can one's partner also work if you are on a student visa.
2. Can the partner work in another state within Australia.
3. What regions would be best in term of getting qualified for a provisional visa after schooling considering my qualifications.
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Pwettybii: 1:06pm On Jan 09, 2020
what does it depend on?

Pwettybii:

It depends on the school requirement, some few school do not require that for admission provided you meet up with other english requirement like having a Bach degree taught in English Lang, it will be stated also on the CoE for Visa application

It depends on your school.
Some school give admission without it while some can't.

If it was not requested before granting admission their are 70% chance immigration will not request for it.

I got this responds from Immigration after 3months of my Application. The Certificate of Induction which was said to be not Genuine or seen as a fake document was issued during my 100 level Departmental Induction which is being organised by the Department student Association. The Certificate of Induction and the Immigration Mail is shown below.
Dear friends, I solicit for your kind Advice and directives as I am still yet to responds to the Immigration Mail.
God bless us all

Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by stateboy8080(m): 12:06am On Jan 11, 2020
I will use common sense to answer you. As a 100 level student, are you qualified to be inducted as a chemical engineer or as a chemical engineering student? Was this certificate issued by the body itself or your departmental exco just gave you cos they are fond of that. If it was issued by the body, they should attest to that effect by way of a written letter. If it was your Dept then,I think they should do same but I still wonder how a student of 100 level will be inducted as a chemical engineer. This is my little contribution and I believe others can help as well. I wish you all the best bro. Next time, avoid documents that will shoot you on ur foot.

Yeah its fine. If they ask which i doubt if they will care, but let them know you wish to visit a relative before embarking on your journey to Brisbane.
