Hanan was using the line for whatsapp and not really for calls, the line becomes dormant and reassigned to someone else, the new user activated the whatsapp(thinking it was a new acct/line), Hanan got disconnected from whatsapp and Hanan reports to DSS that her Whatsapp/Line was hacked .
