Cost of living is pretty okay compared to other major cities. Gas price is 2.60. Rent cost is $800-1200. It depends.

I don't know about the passport cost, I did visa with them, they were very helpful and it wasn't expensive, I don't remember now how much, it was about 2 years ago. Ask them by email, it saves you time and nerves.
I am not advertising them, it's what I saw with my own eyes, small advice.

The Bernie Sanders voters of 2016 are still same people voting for him this time again while others are sharing Hilary Clinton votes of 2016.

She just doesn’t have that “it” factor including the broad coalition necessary to propel the Democratic Nominee to Victory on November 3rd, 2020.
