1, limit the number of children in a family to the size of family income: yes before any family would be allowed to have children, that family must produce a legit account statement on its monthly income which should be atleast $250 and also have a minimum reserve of $1k before having at most 1 child. no of children can increase with subsequent increase in salary.
also maximum no of children allowed in a family is 4

2, Legalise marijuana: marijuana smoking is already in the society( our leaders, lawmakers, security personnel all smoke marijuana ) it'll only be hypocritical to make it illegal when those who are suppose to fight against it consumes it, beside it has it's own societal benefits.

3, make sure every income earner who earns 1k dollar and above adopt one child: yes every rich man would be forced to adopt a child during my era as President. my reason for this is to make everybody understands that the society belongs to us all.

4, Run an open govt account: during my era as President, I'll make sure the govt account is open to all to see, the income and expenditure would be clear to all to see.
5, politicians would be the last to be paid monthly salary: until all govt parastatals are paid, politicians would remain unpaid.
6, make atleast 1 billionaire in everystate yearly: 37 billionaire in all 37 States would go a long way in improving the private sector.
7, Tightly secure the country's boder: I'll invest highly in protecting the country's boder to avoid illegal entry of unwanted products and individuals.
8, impose serious regulation on religious body: I'll make sure every religious body is banned from involving in politics.
9, Increase the salary of security personnel: I'll make sure security personnel are highly funded and properly fend for. even of it means reducing it man power as I believe small and efficient is better than more and inefficient..
10, take suggestions from nairalanders.

1) you cant force people on how many kids they can have (based on their income) because a person could have a good job and lose it, and vice versa.
also, a person who lives in the village deep in the bush dont need as much money as someone who lives in Banana island. so your 1st point is a waste of time.

2) our leaders are also looters, thieves, pedophiles and women beaters....should we also legalize these too?!

3) you cant force people to adopt children, thats detrimental for these kids who will be treated like SLAVES instead of being loved/cared for... in Nigeria, where people believe that kids are the reason for their downfall, you cant force a child on anyone. your 3rd point is also a waste of time.

here is some of MY points:
- DEATH PENALTY for any pedophiles, rapist, looters, kidnappers, yahoo yahoo, armed robbers, ritualist etc
- any gov official (police/sars etc) caught taking any type of bribe (or mistreat citizen) loses his job, on the spot.
- greatly reduced salaries for all the senators, governors etc... the max salary would be 10x the minimum salary, not a kobo more (no more other BS allowance)
- with all the money saved, raise the minimum salary to 50K
- free education for all.... you only start paying for school when you get to university level.

I've always learnt that all policies has its good and bad. going by your antics, you sure have a point.
but I still hold my grounds on the number 1 and 2
no:1 whether in the village or city, salary of less than 100k is poverty to having children and in the case of loosing ones job, that's why I made a minimum reserve of 350k($1k) so the individual can use of to set up his or her family life.

no 2: marijuana is not purely a societal liability, it also has its good side unlike paedophiles, looters, yahoo yahoo and the rest which are purely barbaric and has no positives. thy are on different level.

no 3, I'll accept your verdict on it but I'll encourage the act..

I've modified my post for the complete words. thanks for your contributions though..

death penalty for the above mentioned crime is a plus to me

force men being sacked for taking bribe: I won't only sack them, I'll jail them so they don't indulge in crime and become bandits. while they are in jail, I'll engage them in agricultural activities they can embark on after their release.

reducing lawmakers salaries? : nah I'll pay my lawmakers well so they'll have no reason to compromise their job but there would be no allowances except constituency allocations which must be clearly proven on how its spent. a salary of 1.5 million is bad for lawmakers in my opinion..

increasing minimum wage would always be my goal

free education? nah, I support affordable education so people won't abuse the privileges.. but I'll invest massively on scholarships .

very true, all policies will receive good and bad reviews, but in a country where having a male child is more important than anything, what your 1st point will create is simply to have more married people having abortions the minute they know they are expecting a female child.... and suddenly, Nigerian society will be filled with males and no female to marry.... kai!

2) as much as there are many benefits to marijuana, the majority of people who uses it, are doing it for recreational purposes... and many kids today start with weed and go on to do more harder drugs, thanks to their marijuana addiction. if you want to legalize anything then legalize CBD oil/derivatives and ban anything with THC (aka what gets people high)

your points are good though.

no2: Cbd oil?? had to Google on it makes more sense though but I'll still stick to marijuana legalization..

i doubt you can have these people do a normal job again, and earn a normal salary....the majority would be better killed as they will just escalate their nonsense.

reducing lawmakers salaries? : nah I'll pay my lawmakers well so they'll have no reason to compromise their job but there would be no allowances except constituency allocations which must be clearly proven on how its spent. a salary of 1.5 million is bad for lawmakers in my opinion..

Nigeria is one of the country with the biggest inequality, and one with the poorest people, yet its lawmakers are some of the highest paid in the world.... sadly, as we have witnessed for generations and generations, paying them more money aint solving the main issues (far from it) it makes them lazier). with the wealth of Nigeria, there are still no proper electricity, no good infrastructures etc, yet these demons live in luxury... they should live the exact life that they wish on their citizen, nothing more IMHO.

free education? nah, I support affordable education so people won't abuse the privileges.. but I'll invest massively on scholarships .

you have to give everyone a decent chance at life so they are no enticed by yahoo yahoo BS... free education is important because it will create smarter people, whether rich or poor, and it will make NIGERIA as a society a better place. the majority of uneducated people in Nigeria will get a lil money and try opening a business...yet most in Nigeria have NO BUSINESS BACKGROUND thus as we know that even the educated ones are failing, majority of these uneducated people will be failing miserably.

remember that Nigeria society looks up to male children before anything....imagine the father with just one kid and its a girl?! he will hate you (aka the gov) for bringing such law into effect.

nobody needs to smoke and get high, the people who do are no better than smokers/alcoholics... its an addiction that we need to get rid of. the money and benefits are in the CBD oil /derivatives. marijuana legalization brought a lot of needed money to the US market, and its in a huge boom at the moment. licenses are going through the roof (right moment to invest), but it also brought the problem with vaping, and now more and more people are using etc. so the only winner here is the government (who dont really care about the people so long as they get paid), not the people.

but hey, there are clear health benefits to taking....magic mushrooms, ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine and LSD.... should we also legalize such drugs too?

this man you too know book abeg. see the way you open my eyes to the disadvantage of some policies. in this instance I'll agree on free education at primary and secondary level as well as making it affordable at university level. ( at university level I'll create scholarships for the poor)

on marijuana, I'm still holding my grounds on it but with much restrictions. instead of making it illegal and people still access through illegal means that expose its bad side( the good on legalizing it still outweighs the bad)

yeah bro, the only way for Nigeria to get better is by making its citizen better people.... there are no two ways about it...better education, will bring better opportunities which would hopefully have people focus on better things to do in life than yahoo-yahoo.

i do agree that the money brought by legalization of marijuana would be well needed, but we all know that, unless you have proper guidelines as to how the money will be used, how sales will be regulated and controlled AND how taxes should be paid, then it will only go to the pockets of these polithieves... and at the end, no citizen will benefit from it... no needs to give these polithieves any more money than they already got....

now here is something for you to consider: the Marijuana market in the US is worth a massive $50Billions now (and will probably gains 50% when everything stabilizes) thats almost double what Nigeria makes from oil... and you really think you will be able to control it?!
