THERE'S NO ABRACADABRA IN THE DECISION OF THE APEX COURT THIS EVENING ON IMO STATE GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION

An insider account of what transpired on the Election Day , how there was a Governor Ihedioha in the last 8 months .

The Independent National Electoral Chairman Prof Mamud as part of his preparation for the last National Elections , wrote all the Vice Chancellors of all the Federal Universities in Nigeria to furnish his office inter alia with list of Professors & Ph.D holders that will serve as collation officers at various levels of the Elections .

In Imo State just like every other State , the Resident Electoral Commissioner was sent a list of collation officers for various levels of election duties already hired by the INEC Chairman for posting by the REC, due to the fact that in Imo State , the Bureaucracy & Academic Institutions of the State are dominated by Mbaise People , the INEC boss relying on academic indices of the Officials as furnished by the Vice Chancellors based on his specific demand, actually appointed inter alia about 70 % of Mbaise Professors & Ph.D holders as LGA Collation officers & Ward Collation Officers

On the Election Day ,all the principal candidates were rigging for them selves in their various domains , Hope Uzodimma & Uche Nwosu have a larger domain because they are from Orlu, Governor Okorocha who had the control of the rigging apparatus had upper hand in the rigging & this gave Uche Nwosu the highest rigged votes , followed by Hope .

Now look at where the magic happened, 70% of the professors who were the collation officers from FUTO are Mbaise people , the reason is simple , the Mbaise nation is in charge of Bureaucracy & Academics in Imo State while the rest of the State dominated political power ,this explains the reason why they have never Governed the State before, these professors ganged up & were cancelling all the bogus figures that were rigged in by Hope & Uche Nwosu while their colleagues who worked in Mbaise Nation accepted the ones rigged in by Ihedioha & left it untouched , this is the situation the REC & the State Returning Officer faced at the State Collation Center & by Law, They are not allowed to reject results from Local Government Collation officers & Ward Collation Officers , He merely allowed the state returning officer to declare what was presented by the Mbaise Professors & Ph.D holders . One can still remember vividly the melo drama where Ihedioha 's SSG snatched , tore & chewed a particular result sheet with rigged figures that survived the coordinated onslaught of the Mbaise Officials. Ihedioha 's Magic votes are from Mbaise alone

Today , what the Apex Court simply did , considering the National Interest & fairness to the Principal Candidates in that election was to reverse the outcome the Mbaise conspiracy by resurrecting Hopes cancelled votes in 388 wards & declared him winner in the absence of Uche Nwosu the true winner of that election , having been able to rig highest due to the incumbency of his Father Inlaw ,who had the CP & Army Commander under his control that day .

The actual winner of this election is Uche Nwosu who has a bigger number of votes cancelled as well by the Mbaise Officials , but He lost out based on double nomination at the Apex Court.

The Apex Court based on national interest, simply declared the next highest rigger the winner , in the absence of the highest rigger Uche Nwosu , since all the principal candidates rigged as well, this is a fair judgement. It's not an abracadabra in any way.

But if you are dissatisfied, you go to God with tears in prayer , the Apex Court is next to God.
