Dear Nnamdi, the Amotekun will consist of only Youruba men. Remember, many Yoruba men are MUSLIMS, and your hatred for Islam will never allow you work with the Amotekun. And remember, the Amotekun's goal is not fighting muslims and fulanis ! 1 Like |

Kokoebapluse: All this because you couldnt pay the bride price for some girl from an Igbo family. Then you claim all igbos dislike Yoruba.. Pele Stop telling me what I am and what I am not. I probably know Yoruba history and tradition better than. In addition to that you claim to be Yoruba, but you live in the North hmm As I said, the only way to balance this country is for the south to come together.. If not this game of divide and rule by the Hausas will continue. The west would never allow Nigeria to breakup, they aided Nigeria to supress a breakaway Biafra, why do you think an Oduduwa republic will be allowed to exist? Use your head.. |

Mercy2006: Yes I do, even Nnamdi Kanu said as much. He said I dont have a problem with Yorubas, I only worry about Yoruba muslims. Lets not forget the south west happily betrayed the south east at the end of the biafran war. Awolowo, did not honour one Biafran dollar to one Naira. Neither did he reinstate Igbo accounts in banks in Lagos. Impoverishing a whole generation after the civil war, including those who never wanted Biafra in the first place. Areas like Lagos were richly rewarded with investment after the war, see when bridges like the 3rd mainland bridge and major roads were build. Of course some Igbo would be bitter about it. Two I know that paid online trolls post on this forum.. How are you sure that the supposed Igbos abusing Yorubas are even Igbo. You dont.. Likewise I doubt when I see yoruba posts abusing igbos are real. I have spent time in Lagos, I have never seen Igbo or Yoruba man shed blood when in dispute. I have seen frequent bloody clashes between Hausas and Yorubas in places like Yaba. I dont like to stereotype, but our relationship with Northerners is currently more problematic. Was it Igbos snatching up obas for ransom and invading private lands to graze their cattle. Ah ah, use your head and see who the real problem is. If the South comes together then we can lead the country and probably for the better. If we keep fighting the only winners are the north.. 1 Like |

Yusman316: That is not the point. What he is trying to say is that he is in support of Amotekun and he wants his people to be on edge should the Fulani led FG try anything funny. This will pave the way for the Igbos and other Southerners to create something similar. While Nnamdi Kanu started his campaign on the wrong foot, he is beginning to understand that to win a war, you need allies both home and abroad. Igbos are the reason those people are being careful with the yorubas because an attempt to confront the yorubas will lead the Igbos to declare Biafra and the Nigerian government can't fight on two front. Same reason they won't confront the igbo. That is why they are trying hard to create enmity between the two groups so they can attack one without any support from the other. All these online tribal war is all part of the plan and some silly Southerners are buying into it, giving their enemy an edge over them. |

nograv:You have just exposed yourself. No true Yoruba man born of Yoruba parents would ever say this rubbish, you just parroted here: "south west happily betrayed the south east at the end of the biafran war...." One person took a decision to change the country's currency, and you are now blaming an entire ethnic nationality for the action. Are you normal, at all?? Dem swear for you? Did all the Yorubas as a whole from Epe to Egbado, or from Ife to Ipetumodu, or from Ekiti to Igbomina, or from Offa to Ogbomosho ever hold any meeting to establish any agenda to betray any Igbo person? Why are you so shallow & dumb?? For your information, Awolowo is revered in the Southwest, and he will continue to be, because of his contributions and the leadership role he played. No true Yoruba person will ever disrespect his person and all he stood for. So miscreants like you, should just jump into the lagoon, because your asinine tactics to discredit him and his people, will never work!! Asínwín òshì! |
