As a radical Yoruba hater on nairaland am willing to let it all go for a united strong south ,
we south east south west we are one and can achieve a lot together if we politically unite against the north

The unity should start right here on nairaland my Yoruba friends what do you say about this,?

No matter how much the south wants to unite it will not be possible. I say so because we still have yoruba moslems in our midst. if yorubas were christians like the se and ss there would have been unity in the south since. Yoruba moslems are a curse to the south.

we in southwest hardly play the religion card ....

The reason we cant unite is because u guyz are not accommodating....find it very difficult to accommodate other people religion....

Igbo 1- I want Biafra. What do you think my fellow Igbos?

We Igbo's have always wanted one thing a country of our own which we fought and died for sacrificing 3 million of our people, now we have been forced under one Nigeria , we Igbo's contributed to making obasanjo president we did same for good luck Jonathan , now we all know without us Yoruba's will never be president in this country and Igbo's will never be president without Yoruba's and the north will always vote their own, so that's the only thing that should unite us against the north simple , even if we Igbo's become president today the only thing we Igbo's of this generation want an Igbo president to do for us is give us a referendum simple, this country is meant to be broken into 3 nations and it will be better for all of us that we do it the easy way instead of war

We are uniting for our own interest , its either we restructure the country to regional government or we break the country to 3 nations , we are uniting to do that the easy way without a war

The most realistic achievement for the igbos in the next 10 years is restructuring and not Biafra.
Where is the Igbo strategy? IPOB?
What is the most realistic way of achieving restructuring?
Uniting the south and persuading blocks of the north to support a southern president.
Realistically in 2023 this can only come eitheri from the SS,SW or perhaps a Christian from NC.
This is not hatred. It is a consequence of the kind of politics you have played

Yoruba are not as desperate for the presidency as you think. First why do you have that attitude toward the Yoruba and not the Fulani since 1960?
How does that get you closer to your strategic goals?

Pretty much all the marginalsation you moan about was institutionalised when you were in power e.g 1960 to 1966,1979 to 1983
Yoruba have endured opposition a lot more than any other section of Nigeria yet we are accused of blocking seaports in the SS.
We are benefiting from infrastructure development and our region has bright prospects. We have a natural land border and the biggest share of the coastline so we are good to go and are focused on the future not rivalry.
We are contesting for the presidency and if we lose we would prefer any southerner to a northerner at THIS time.

What we are desperate for is restructuring
