I have one of too many transactions I did February 14th 2019, N8,500 and was debited 3 times! they refunded me on Jan 3rd or 4th 2020! Took them more than 11 months to refund!! Is this innovation in any sense?

FirstBank should improve on customer/consumer service delivery else, they will end up like EcoBank- A bank with no sense or direction!

I'm planning of going to open account with Union Bank. There has never been a delay let alone failed transactions with one of my customers who uses Union bank and he confirms not only from me but from anyone or to anyone.

I'm using Union bank and I can bet you that they have the best customer service and a good network. Even a saving for the month is not left out.


Though am on accessbank and gtbank too, but Union is the best of all.
