Don't marry her and save her the stress of an intrusive mother-in-law. It is obvious you are not ready for marriage. If because a prophet says it and your mother believes it is enough for you to believe same, then, I am short of words.

You can go visit her but please, keep your marriage away from her (i.e. don't go about discussing your wife). Remember you have promised to keep and protect your wife in all ways and provide direction. Your mom will come around and if she doesn't, just keep the communication line open. It is time you live your own life.
