Good evening all, is it possible to get a wrong scanning report as regards to fibroid. Had a scan 3wks ago from a specialist hospital where my HMO is using.It shows am 5wks preggy, no heartbeat found yet but 3 mass of fibroid with the biggest at 4.5cm in size. Was asked to repeat scan after 3 wks which was done on 27th. The report shows the baby is doing Fyn, heart beat recorded but the fibroid mass had increased to 22.5cm. I was booked to see a gynecologist today and after her physical examination, she said she can’t find any mass as stated in the the two reports done so far but that I should have another scan done today at another ultrasound lab and not from the hospital. I had two different scan today and both result came out the same that no fibroid mass was found. Should I be worried? Has any one experience this? I will be at the hospital by Friday to see the gyne with the scan report.

Ma'am, It possible for the person not to find it during physical examination. Fibroids do disappear or reduce during pregnancy.

In my own case, at early stage the fibroids was growing with the pregnancy but the scan can't find any fibroids again during my scan yesterday even though the person that conducted the scan said my baby might cover it or the fibroids disappeared.

So Ma'am, you can do another scan and you don't need to worry your self since the fibroids are not disturbing your baby growth.

Yea it’s white soup.. naaa they are different. Yea you can take nsala but heard pepper soup is a no no because of some of the ingredients they use. If you go to market all those women know the ones not to give to you though

Okay this might seems crazy I know, but is feeling baby movement at 10 weeks possible, this is my second and I can swear I feel like something rolling in my tummy.... This is not gas o, coz I know the feeling. I remember seeing the baby "kicking" (don't know if it was kicking but it was stretching kinda) at 8 weeks during the altrasound

Yes, I want to believe some hospitals give wrong results /diagnosis. Since it's not affecting your baby and your health I pray it remains so. Happy bumping

Lol. Mama i am a testifer, my baby move so much that i always rub my belly just so He relax.

I was scared cos i read something like cord could be around the neck and with my first cos she was extremely active and i went for a scan was told no Problem. Meanyle, she came out to be a happy princess, now my LO has started o. So i am not worried a bit ds time, just that it can be so disturbing.

Even at 32weeks the movement no be here since 16weeks.

Please mamas, I will be 17weeks pregnant by tomorrow however I noticed something. The rate at which the baby kicks is alarming.

It wasnt so with my first. This one just keeps kicking and doing all sorts even at 17weeks.

Please is everything alright?

Ma'am, I also noticed that I was getting weaker including headache and pain in my tummy even though my antennal appointment will be next, I rushed my self to the hospital today because I couldn't bear the weakness again but after doctor examination, I was admitted. The Almighty God will strengthen us

The weakness, pain and the headache later disappeared but because I'm using HMO and I needed rest too. I decided to stay here till doctor discharge me because the enjoyment here is number.

Teamie of life, I woke this morning body pain don disappear and was having only slight headache I was actually contenplating on waiting till my appointment nextweek but DH practicall drag me out of the house as oga no won prepare pondo yam again today, am here @ d clinic now got here past 7 and am no8, so many ghost patient already(na only name we see we no see who get d name)...

For me, after series of test yesterday, they later discovered that I have Infection,ulcer and they told me that I was having small contraction, I was not even aware that I was going through contraction until they informed me at the hospital but presently, I am not experiencing any weakness, pain and headache any more but the doctor said she really appreciate the way I rush my self to the hospital on time.

I was even surprise because my baby was busy playing FIFA world cup through out yesterday while me was busy taking injection for infection and ulcer.

I am fully okay now but my doctor said she still need to monitor me a little before she can discharge me.

Ma'am, The kick @17weeks is normal since you are not just conceiving or giving birth for the first time also, the position of your placenta enable you to feel the kick more.

This boy has been giving me attitude since Tuesday night, he refused to move and kick like he used to, now at the hospital this morning he his busy moving every where. Doctor was like ahn ahn.

Hello sabi mamas in the house. Pls o, help a worried Sis. It happened that I bled a little when I was 9 weeks gone though(though not very much). I went to the hospital, the doctor adviced a scan and from the scan result, it showed that everything is alright. I was asked to rest well and avoid heavy works. But for the past three days now, I've been spotting blood on my panties. And I'm seriously worried. Any one with similar experience? I've never experienced anything like this before, this is my third pregnancy. Now 11wks.

all hail General Hospital, most times those names are written by staffs on morning duty or night before by friends and family of patients. Or maybe family member going early to work do branch and write the name b4 going to work.

I was feeling a movement too at 9 vweeks plus. Though not the usual kicking but like changing position.

You might want to see your doctor or go for scan and of course BEDREST!!
