That's probably a SON issue, which Umidigi and Aliexpress, have no control over.........

Hey guys ,I don't understand my a5pro YouTube,the sound cracks(I mean like for 5 seconds I can't hear a sound)mid-video ,and after I watch any video I downloaded ,the file disappears ,sometimes the video file deletes from my phone even when I'm still watching it that means I'll have to redownload it or watch it online,any solutions pls. embarassed embarassed
And I can't find my video player undecided

My umidigi power was just delivered yesterday from jumia.. I have got to say the phone is really nice for its price. Before i bought it i saw many people complain mainly about the camera being the only down side to the phone, but to me the camera is okay. My only ssue is the battery aspect and thats where everybody were singing praises about the phone. I used a tecno pouvior 2 prior to the phone and i have to say the battery life was way better than this and considering the fact that the umidigi has a bigger battery size..

how many hours sot are you getting? I charge mine only once a day and I am an heavy user. And you should realise that this is a 4g phone with FHD display, so expect more power consumption. But a charge from 0-90% takes just 80mins which I use till the next day. So it's quite good. Use battery manager to restrict power draining apps like YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp and others that run in background.

Pls who has used the A3S, how's the camera and how's the phone generally. A friend wants me to help her purchase the device...I've been using my F2 now for over 3weeks and its been awesome I just hope the A3S can at least be anything close to the F2

I would suggest you run your device in safe mode for a few hours, if it does not restart....... The culprit are/is 3rd party apps........

You cannot judge a phone's battery within the 1st few days........

Allow about 5/7 days after initial setup, for updates, synchronisation etc etc
