A pip move in gold is an increase in the first number after the decimal point.
1571.10 to 1571.20 is 1pip.
1571.10 to 1572.10 is 10pips.
1571.10 to 1581.10 is 100pips

For silver
15.71 to 15.72 is 1pip
15.71 to 15.81 is 10pips
15.71 to 16.71 is 100pips
But on most brokers the value for 1pip of silver is 5times the value of Gold.
E.g, If price moves 1pip on Gold you get 1usd but if it moves 1pip on Silver you get 5usd.
I haven't traded palladium, copper and iron before, never would be interested except I get a 100% sure trade on those.
