I would always tell any trader, leave that demo and trade even the smallest lot on real, I'm certain after @peteregwu took that advice his trading has grossly improved.

Gold have formed a good down on monthly Candle for lower shadow, and might deep even more today.

I did another sell after the rebound and made additional 400 on a seperate account, if you can learn scalping, its the best.

GBPNZD, GBPAUD, GBPXXX have more moves to go than CABLE, if you took a few minutes ago i posted they are up 20pips.

If you sold at that first point 1573 I mentioned, you stop will mot be hit, but I do mot know how tight is your stops, Hope its not 20 pips, as 20 pips stop in high volatile instrument like gold is ridiculous, You stops could be hit several even when you are in the right direction of trend and frustrate you.
