people are getting sick for so many reasons, weaker immune system, social lifestyles and accident. this are just few . Ghana is not as corrupt as TZ , transparency index have the latest ranking. The best interpretation for life expectancy is that the current cohort of babies as at 2019/2020 are expected to live this long. In Ghana is 65 in Tanzania is 66 in Kenya is 67. What that means is that kids born in Ghana today, given the prevailing conditions in Ghana, encompassing all the madness, crime, rape, disease, poor healthcare, road accidents, food, etc, can only be expected to live fewer years that Kenyans and Tanzanians.
