It appears not all the companies have kept to the said new rules. GTB and Access have sonfar refused to release the unaudited results.
Yes. I even like it that way.
SEC can be insensitive some times, why taking the coys thru undue stress and raising hope unnecessarily?
Don't be surprised if we see differences in the unaudited and audited, cos some may just cook something up to meet up with the deadline.

if banks make mistake to declare low dividend worse compare to the previous year then that may be the final die till last quater of the year.
