Lol, thanks. I am not cuming to cook for you. However you can pay for the service and I will have it delivered- if you are in my location. I don't like cooking in a guy's house, they hardly ever have the ambience and resources I want in a kitchen. The only exception is the one I am dating and have taken out my time to pîmp the kitchen the way I like.

I don't know if I am the only one with this problem.

Ingredients;
-Chicken (I used laps). Some people prefer boneless and fatty parts like the chest.

-Vegetables of your choice
Green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green pea, carrot, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes. You can get all at affordable prices, from those Northerners.

- Seasoning
CURRY, thyme, knorr CHICKEN, soy sauce, garlic (grounded or fresh), salt.

- Onions
- Rodo (our local small pepper).
- All purpose flour
- Groundnut oil

To make the meal;

1. Wash and cut your vegetables into your favorite shape/sizes.

2. Blend your rodo, onions and garlic into a smooth paste. Anything I don't want to see in my food, I blend. Aside that, I also noticed it makes my stock rich.

3. If you buy your chicken from a local store, you can tell them to cut it into smaller sizes or you have a knife like the one in the attached picture to cut yourself. I bought that.

Wash the chicken, put in a COMFORTABLE pot and season properly. YOUR SAUCE DEPENDS A LOT ON THIS STOCK. Pour in the blended paste and you can add water to it. Let the water be a little above the chicken. Allow to cook WELL.

4. Once your chicken is done, pour small groundnut oil in a pot, add your vegetables with small seasonings (including the soy sauce) and leave to fry. I said small because you still have your seasoned STOCK.

5. Mix two teaspoons of flour with warm water and set aside. It shouldn't be too thick.

6. When your vegetables are tender, pour in your stock, WITHOUT THE CHICKEN. Allow to boil, then you add your chicken and flour paste. Reduce the heat and allow to boil again. It will thicken as it boils.

You can add a little water if your sauce is small, but I always ensure my STOCK is enough for it.

It is pretty easy to cook, way easier than tomatoes stew.

You people posting pictures here are really trying because I'm usually halfway into the meal before I remember to take pictures. I see food as nourishment, not art. You admire art, while you ingest nourishment.

Do you have a mortar? The wooden one, not that plastic nonsense. Is your kitchen well ventilated or with AC? Do you have minimum of a two burner gas cooker? I rather cook with a firewood than a stove or those silly camp gas.
