Perfect Ghanaian Sunday afternoon lunch!

Waakye(half eaten cheesy) made with beans and sorghum leaves for that deep brownish colour, with shito, veggies, gari and cow knee (kotodwe). Couldn't get eggs in time to boil, but boiled eggs go with waakye well.

You're invited.

Wow! Your plate looks rich.
Thanks for the invite smiley

This is the reason why gentle guys aren't loved lmao.
Women always want to start some fight to spice things up.
Like keeping tabs on a husband who is always having some random lady call his phone is so interesting & spices up the marriage.
So refreshing wink wink wink

I want to make meat pie
Please do I need to wrap the meat pie in those baking sheets then put it in the oven tray?
And also when the baking tray is full do I just wrap the remaining in just baking sheets?

This tray now
Since I don’t have this tray can I use foil alone to wrap it?

Just find an oven-safe pan. If you use only foil, it might tear and mess up your pies.

About yesterday (Sunday).

NL bot banned my account, that was why I couldn't post.

Local man used 5 aquatic animals to prepare pepper soup.

Cat fish, another fish I don't know the name grin, Shrimp, clam and another aquatic animal that's like periwinkle but bigger in size. I don't know the name grin.

I couldn't get big fish from the river side, so I had to settle with cat fish.

Pepper soup + white rice + palm wine = heaven grin

Let me come and be going grin.

Yesterday night, I bought asun from one mesuya, but couldn’t finish it, instead of disposing it, I kept it in my freezer, and this afternoon, I decided to do justice to it

Well, the " chef" can shove his "award" far up his ass.
