Our value system has changed greatly, given that the most active people in the society now are the generation X and the Y-millennias whose values quite differ from the boomers we all love to remember so fondly . If only we can take our time to study these cross generational groups, our lives will be a lot easier when dealing with one another.

Women used to be quite uneducated, voiceless, voteless, moneyless, authority less, no jobs, not holders of public offices or Leadership roles...all these changed late into the boomers generation and became even more apparent now... Yet majority of the backward nations still want to hold on to that generation in this age...can't work! Gone are the days the survival of women depend on being attached to a man or living men alone to sole define our fates.

Nowadays, people are competing actively for everything for survival regardless of sexes...jobs, money, marriage, relationship, peace, luxury, power, etc. And its seems more women are winning as it is understood that only the fittest survives.
