I disagree though. Masculinity for me, means attributes of a man. As long as everyone isn't the same gender, we'd always have attributes specific to gender. Masculinity is not bad, same way femininity isn't bad.

It's mainstream media that has tried to give everything bad a male face - crime, violence, cheating - when they are simply things humans do (if they think they can get away with it). In order to keep up this rhetoric, they use 'toxic' for times when men do bad things, and somehow find a way to paint the woman a victim who simply reacted when she does them.

it is well. Men in this part of the world are viewed as weak as a result of the hypocrisy of Feminism in Nigeria. Women are being given more opportunities in the name of Closing the gender gap, giving women now have the same economic power as men. You see a man and a woman earning the same amount in a family, but she still expects him to solely take care of her and the children, he does this with his money while she saves and acquires properties, if something then happens and he is out of a job, he goes broke in no time cos he wasn't able to save as much cos of their needs. The woman will then say he is a weak man and leave not considering all he had been doing for the family. This is why i call it "hypocrisy" as this younger generation of women only do what favours them, you want the best of feminism and drop the other responsibilities that come with it.
i was reading a blog by a Nigerian lady who went to europe and was complaining that men who asked her out to lunch made her pay for her own food, i just shook my head, this lady has a popular blog and probably earns the same as the guys asking her out, but they must be financially depleted cos they are men. That's why i prefer hanging out with my foreign female friends, they complain when you try paying for their meals, and paradaventure you do, they pay for the next outing. But with a Nigerian lady, you call her, let's hangout, you must pay, she calls you for the same, you still must pay. Then they all come online to complain about men being entitled. After all these, i wonder who is really entitled. . The funny thing i see online is women, also complaining about the man no helping with chores in the family, which is why he has to be the sole provider. if the man split responsibilities 50/50. would the lady support 50/50 with financies in the house? So, what does this all mean? Right now, they're just numbers. They tell us exactly what trends are taking place in the workforce and to be honest, it makes me happy. Sure, they can be higher, but that's the expectation we can set on anything. I am personally thrilled to see that women are becoming fearless in pursuing their passions, whether it be a traditional role or male-dominated one.
What matters most to me are moments that can't always be captured by data sets. I think about the women who tried to enter one of these industries or applied for a job or maybe actually made it through - but were immediately undermined on the job. It's moments like these that make my heart tense up and wonder if it's a fluke or if it's a trend.
To that, I can only say this: just keep pushing.
No matter what stage you are in your career or business, make sure to implement these three things to keep progressing women into new and well-deserved territory:
1. Become a mentor and don't be shy about connecting talented people together.
2. Stand up and say something when something is not right. You don't have to be in HR to make a difference.
3. Continue to strive and lean in wherever you are. Ask for that raise, apply for that promotion, and take the lead on that project.
At the end of the day, the biggest impact a person can make is to keep on following their dreams, no matter what they may be. Gender aside, that will be news of its own.

Men's attributes are there because of (to control) women's attributes which is irrationality,illogical life etc of women and other animalistic male instincts like mating with many women as possible and insuring that women don't bring in another's offsprings.
Modern day feminists are not self aware and sincere with their need, they only want to control men and men to allow their sexual stupidity.

Weak men are products of baby-mamas. The word "baby mama" in this context doesn't necessarily mean you're not married. If you're a woman, a mother, and you're solely responsible for the upbringing (daily care, feeding, school runs, etc.) of your male child, you're a baby mama. When a baby daddy/husband is not a key stakeholder of his son's upbringing either as a result of irresponsibility on his path, nature of his job, or his choice to marry an authoritative woman, his son will turn out to be a weak man.

No woman can solely raise a strong man. You should not be more involved in your son's life than your husband or baby daddy.
