Local Ghana rice(quite different from foreign long grain rice) with Ghanaian tomato sauce and grilled native chicken [fie akuk)].

The native chicken can be served with ground pepper and veggies, epecially when grilled (will try and post pics of the local metal mesh grill mainly used in grilling here in Gh.) for maximum taste.

Do not use a totally red or blue plate or whatever to serve dish e no dey fine for pic. Some pple eat food by sight before them believe. Of a true some plates resemble bathing bowls or those ones wey aboki pikin dey use do bambiala.
