This email came before the withdrawal problem but there should be an email from PayPal as regards to this incidence u have. You can check resolution page for anything. If you've never sent PayPal ur photo I'd now may be the time.

Just calm down bro, I’ve been using my PayPal for over a year and errors like this are normal occurrence. It’s just a mere spook in their security system. Anytime you get error messages like this, don’t attempt another withdrawal on the account until after 72 hours, don’t receive or send money either, just keep the account on a low. You can then attempt your withdrawal after the time has elapsed. Try this and thank me later

Search for the post in the screenshot to see how the person bypassed it.

Send the message to your exact PayPal country, not the general US PayPal. This is quite tricky, but all the best.
