Same ratio not same value.

10% of 10k is 1k.Can you use 1k to buy food stuff?

10% of 5m is 500k.I can manage this portion for one month.

Since I came to understand this 10%,I have not misused it even when I get trapped ,I look for fund to trade same stock at another lower support.

Try to get my point.

Money is relative and not absolute....
Just as you are looking at 1k as small money somebody up there is looking at your 500k as small money too....

The koko is not to loose money. If you start with 5 million and as you claim, you are making 10% on a jijo, you will double your money when you do that 10 times. The same way someone who starts with 10k will have doubled his money if he can also do 10% ten times.

Offended ke?

You don't expect me to be trading with ten thousand nauw after how many years in the market...

The 10k narrative is just to encourage those who don't have millions now....
That they can also make money in the stock market no matter how small the starting capital is grin

@ NSE,there are stocks you will sell(volume) with price limit and all will be executed and still go on more bids

@NSE,there are stocks you will sell(volume) with market price and the stock will go on full offer.

@NSE,there are stocks you will sell(volume) whether with price limit or market price, yet no unit will be sold.

If so,one need not to trade on every stock even if looking for 10%.

Make your DD very well on liquid stocks(one of the reasons I trade on Transcorp despite huge Os) so that your aim will be achieved.Dont trade on every stock if you are a potbelly man

Let's call it a day.........make I go take one bottle and rest joor.

I am pleased to announce to the house that tomorrow's market would be in the green with the ASI inching close to 27,800 at COB.

Bargain hunters take note, just a prediction not a trade advisory. Lets just say I am back-testing openly! I would be in the air all thru tomorrow so see you after close of market.

Bomboclad:
I just charted all equities in my purview and circle of interest. I am optimistic that a bull is just around the corner.

Unfortunately, I still believe some high CAP equities would fall further prior to the bull .....DANGCEM, BUA and NESTLE; maybe GUARANTY (but a lil bit), though I might be wrong.

All those waiting for Zenith @ N18 would most likely not get it @ N19; I am 90% certain.

Having said this, I am as optimistic as my colleagues & Ogas that market shall reverse fully before the end of next week.

But when mass bear hit the market, jijo members will always look for the lowest entry point, which their entry will always turn to be another runaway soldier exit point.

I have been in the market for years, and in this our platform. I have seen jijo master who after the massive bear never enter NSE section again. Some ended up in nairabet where one match always cut their bet.

But all the investors who started from the early point of this platform never run away.

That reminds me of our dear brother in the lord Ihedioramma, Ucheson and Demexoga. Who know their whereabouts?
Brother notting do you, ucheson has change name because of oando . I will change my but not now .

Good morning (Nigerian time) elders in the house. I am among the few fortunate Nigerians to have accidentally discover this forum. I have ghost followed the room for some days now and I am captured by what is happening here. Please, I want to climb the ladder to become an elder some day. Please, help and mentor me by showing me how to fish: I want to learn and earn. Please direct me on how to learn TA, FA and SA or sites that might be useful for that purpose. And how I can start on this stock investing journey

Just wondering if this would help you. You can't make all these guru your mentor at once, you are asking for information overload. Study one or two and make a decision who to follow for a time, reading books would help you better on fundamental and technical trading. Knowing yourself could be of help too in the realm of the kind market apprentice you want to be, smiley

e)from 9.30 am to 9.59 am you cannot see the bids and offers being displayed fully, same as from 2.15 pm to 2.30 pm this is to prevent manipulations. If you have the funds, you can move any stock either up or down.

Mr Rebekah Thanks so much for the references which were quite illuminating. Thanks also to Mcy and Ekpoma25 I appreciate the inputs.
