I have since said that AIICO is a BUY(@ the time the coy was trading for <60k)
A cursory look at the last released unaudited report and any smart fellow shall find good reasons to 'embrace' the stock.(cashflow and NTS line in view)

As I said before now, some folks had reservations following the proposal of an upcoming rights issue(there's an EGM slated for March 5th), but when u relate the figures from the last report and the said proposal, u would still find that the asset holds VALUE !!

For emphasis, it makes sense to expect that the said rights issue will likely be priced @ a premium to or equivalent to N1.20.
N1.20 is 'a familiar territory' for AIICO given its current romance with a certain PE investor.(leap frog)
...but then again, there are 2 other great reasons to align with this coy. I have since highlighted the thing about the new finance law and how it favours coys in the insurance space.(also mentioned the few coys that are presently best placed to tap from it)

Like I told some folks the other day; the leap frog PE guys are not fools u know. The fund is still hot in there, if u know what I mean.

AIICO is currently on full bid @ 99k !!
