For the SFA, The count is good, Morphology is perfect. Only the motility needs to be worked on.

Good day to all the mamas in the house, I want to thank God and every one in this group. God gave my husband a birthday gift and an anniversary gift with BFP, a year after miscarriage. It can only be God. Here is my widd

WIDD
After months of crying and praying. I was tired and all i started doing was just thanking my father in heaven. I stopped making request only thanking Him and greeting the Holy Trinity morning, afternoon and before bedtime.

I saw my gynae who gave me letrozole, metformin and parlodel (cause I had water discharge from my breast.)
Took the letrozole(2nd day of my AF for 5 days, two tablet each at the same time every day) and metformin(once a day to boost ovulation) in the morning and parlodel at night( my gynae said that I should start with half tablet because of it's side effect and then increase it to one and to two tablet every night. I make sure I take it when I know I'm about to sleep because the side effect). I also take folic acid and Vit b6 every night through out my cycle.

After taking letrozole for five day, I started taking Vitex 2days after every morning and the remaining parlodel, folic acid and b6 every night till the date of my next cycle. AF didn't show, I had to wait for 5 days before testing and to God be the glory, it came out positive.

I'm a silent follower of this group and I've really learnt a lot here. I hope this will benefit someone and encourage them that God is still on the throne granting prayer request. Baby dust to all TTC mothers.

Your chance of conceiving is slim because of your motility which states that 60% is dead only 20% is active technically 80% of your sperm is dead. Morphology is fine but can been I proved upon count is 30million which is OK. Please do an MSc test

do you still have morning erections?. a shrinking male organ could be as a result of poor blood flow to the organ, due to fat , plaque, lack of exercise, beer belly etc. would suggest you add small exercise to your life , and also try massaging the organ periodically . google jelqing.

its done in a lab....how long is ur cycle?
divide ur cycle into 2, subtract 6 days from it, go to a lab and tell them you want to do follicular tracking, its to check the size and growth of your ffollicles.

MY ADVICE: TTC is a tiring and draining challenge, its best faced if you are armed with knowledge, and not relying 100% on hospital/doctor/friends etc for information/knowledge. you could have googled this follicular tracking yourself, to arm yourself with self knowledge too, so you can even guide the lab people if they wan misbehave. ensure they give you your endometrium /uterine thickness measurements as well
