Start a poultry business. (LAYERS).
At first you will need assistance from a faithfful and trust worthy manager.
With time, when the business picks, you can expand and even resign your day job.

It will take about 5-7 months before you start getting your return though.

I have two people that are into car wash business and they are raking 5k -10k, my guy got 17k on a Saturday and 12k on the Friday before.

what if the government start cracking down on bet shops tomorrow like in the case of commercial motorcycles and tricycles? the carwash business is not bad but its hard to get trustworthy persons to work for you , the boys can't do without drugs but you can screen them by getting boys via recommendation and referrers because some come under the guise of working for you, steal gadgets from customers car and run away.

Also note that you need steady water supply , truly willing boys , solid concrete platform , busy location , equipments and may be also a kind of side attraction . you will make more money on weekends, and dry season because people dont like dust on dash board and seat belt, but sales is usually low mid-raining season , mention me if you need more info , I had one before I had issue with my land owner who also want to use the same land for car wash business.

2. You can as well like me start up London use phone with or without experience, note! Not as a retailer who go for a shop, but as a distributor, come to think of it... Samsung Galaxy S8+ London use is sold at around 70k-90k here in Nigeria depending your location while as the price as an importer/distributor you will be getting it as low as 35k-50k from abroad depending on your own source and would be making at least 10k gain from each you sell to retailers here in Nigeria... This one for someone who is engaged already is better than farm..
