How?
It’s basically a security measure and helps the rider ensure that the driver is the person he says he is, in Nigeria the kidnap capital of Africa, this type of security precautions helps a lot.
Never heard of a passenger ever being kidnapped in a UBER vehicle, these measures are the essence of safety and confidence

You dont have to Google it, agreed that's how it is in developed countries. Question is..
Why is it that it is only ways to make money from the general public they love copying from developed countries? They will never copy how to pay unemployed youths or how to provide good roads, good healthcare and so on.

When it comes to building their pockets they will get serious and smart but when it comes to building the country they become so dull and sluggish

Very good point, why don’t they ever think of providing benefits to the citizenry the Gov always seems to take but never strifes to give anything back

5k for trips during rush hour? You try well well.

Hello,

Why do you guys like being so un-civil?

Couldn't you have made your point without the barbs?

The OP I responded to hasn't even replied me yet. And you'd be doing well to note that he explained why he was charging that rate. Is there anything wrong if I counter-offer? It's a business negotiation.

I don't have time for banter but will reply only once.

Angryman once said it that Nigerians(riders) hardly try to help(tips), so he hardly expect favour from the riders and I don't blame him.
Your case is an example. Those places you mentioned are not hard to get rides at a tap on your phone but you are looking for who to cheat by paying 5k with N600 tolls included. Means you are paying 4,400.

Oga, I will still repeat it that YOU TRY WELL WELL.

Gokada, Obike and co were not unionized yet local government touts milked them daily. Once they have something to identify you with, the rest is history

I told the guys here,

Let's be always proactive as a nation, think far ahead, instead of doing things at the last minutes, let's be analytical in thinking, if govt had taught so far, they would have close down all entries into Nigeria till further notice.

But govt do not mind an infected investor who is bringing billions to Nigeria over public safety.

In some countries this would have caused big time riot, I wonder how they will contain it..let's watch and see.

I think they say it's airborne, and how will anti bacterial wipes work against virus
Please can you explain further. Thanks
*Takes off business degree hat and puts on biostatistics and epidemiology degree hat*

The wipes are to make sure you don't get anything else that compromises your immune system. If your immune system is 100% it will likely be just like a cold but if your immune system is compromised COVID-19 will kick your ass!

Also, face masks are not protective. They are for people who already have the virus so they don't spread it!
wink

Getting 400-600k loan is far better. This man already has 1million naira. It will take him less time to settle it, whatever he earns on the car is fully his and he can always pay his loan back from there. He can pay up the loan in 4-6 months rather than 18 months servicing HP paying almost double of the car worth.

Where can I get such loans from please advise...

1. Page financials
2. Ren money.

They’d most likely request your payslip/statement of account though.

How can you suggest d lenders above?

No , no no.

Approach an Alajo, esusu, and co.

They will help.

Don't go n borrow money from al these digital money guys n dey will tell you to pay 40% interest of loan in less than 3 mths.

2nd step.: This is when your integrity as an individual will b tested. Are you trustworthy? Do you keep to your words?
Do you honour agreements?

If yes, look for someone wt Gt acct who can borrow money for youvon quickcredit , 12 mths @ 16% .

That shd give you a breather .just 12k weekly, if you r serious, you shd b able to do that.
