I am glad that we can agree for once, that the coast should be clear for everyone to contest...SS,SW,SE,NE,NW,NC.

We are only respecting the gentlemanly rotation agreement out of love for our national unity (despite the south violating it in 2011); nobody is barred from contesting from the North regardless.
