I doubt...the amount of Chinese visiting Africa countries like Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, Senegal etc...and we have a lot of expatriate and Africans travelling to and fro from Asia and Europe to Africa...I doubt your point holds much water

Oh, there's a lot, but it is orders of magnitude less than the number of Chinese who visit Korea, Japan, Europe, Australia, USA. It's like for every 1 who comes to Africa, there's 100 that went to the aforementioned places each. Fewer chances.

That, and hot weather is not conducive to flu viruses (e.g. they don't cause issues in Summer)

Coincidentally, that was exactly what my hubby was talking about last night. He said he was pretty certain that the virus might end up not surviving here in Nigeria as a result of our climate and our die-hard immune system.

Too much hardship don make our body dey develop en own vaccine. All na survival strategy.

because Africa is a tropical region...flu don't thrive In hot weather.... coronavirus will be rendered inactive at 38 degrees and high humidity.

It’s always the wish of western to see African countries be a high receiver of any deadly diseases or virus... Can you imagine they are debating and concerns why Africa has few cases
