History has it that oppressed people will always rise up and fight for their freedom, no matter the cost. Thats why George Washington led the American war of independence against Britain that was much more powerful at the time. Despite the fact that Ethiopia was was far larger than Eritrea, the Eritreans fought for independence. As small as East Timor was, it took on the might of the Indonesian Army.
