It's not saka bro...it's just pure strategy....though the amount is slightly over estimated..

I have been using bolt since I joined..and at 3days my weekly payment is ready...so I just hustle the remaining days for my self..and lately I handle personal project within hours of 8-12 before I set out...I am yet to test Uber so I can't compare

All this dump Uber dump bolt. Me I don't really understand I use all the app and what matters most to me is waiting time and meeting my terget on time. Me I don't think I can cope with one app. Because there are some times u get more request on bolt and vice-versa to Uber. Today I did 12 trip on bolt and Uber just 2.but as u say. What works for a might not work for b. But for me am loyal to all app as long as am making money.
pharod:

See bro, I'm not trying to belittle you or anything. We all have different ways of handling the biz to make the most of it and what works for Mr A might not work for Mr B.
Like I said in an earlier post, I've not used bolt at all since this year and I've never had any issues with trips or weekly payments to my partner.

Well, like I said, different strokes for different folks...

Check out this girl's outstanding balance, it would have needed the NL jury to settle the driver's case if it were to be on taxify.
Meanwhile, Uber has got my back with 20 trips completed and on 3% now till Sunday. That is soft work not hard work.

Pyrrhic victory is a victory or success that comes at the expense of great losses or costs. In business, examples of such a victory could include winning a lengthy and expensive lawsuit that at the end of the day, it wouldn't have made sense to head to the courts.

The expression alludes to King Pyrrhus of Epicurus, who, after defeating the Romans in battle, reportedly said: "If we win another such battle against the Romans, we will be completely lost." He reportedly lost 16,000 of his 17,000 best officers and warlords.

You have already spent 200 naira to recover 300. It didn't show. How much else do you want us to spend? If the 300 naira is recovered... To what purpose? A pyrrhic debt recovery?

In life, there are things you just allow to slide no matter how painful it is. It doesn't make sense to win a battle and loose a war.

Talking about health.

Guys lets always take out time to have a day or some days off after doing some days drive. Driving can be Very stranous couple with the bad energy one encounters on the daily especially from taxify riders.

Lately, I've notice some nasty and crazy attitude also from uber riders as well. All of these put together couple with the sleepless night during the week ends one can easily fall I'll if care ials not taken.

Last Saturday, I was dosing while driving on the lekki epe exp way and my rider was seating comfortably atbthe back seat thinking everything was ok, the request won't stop coming but immediately I ended the trip I just went offline, parked somewhere safe and slept off.

The headache is anothing one can't finish talking about.

Yesterday on my way to Benin seating in the front seat, I said let me take a nap the driver just said bros no ooh na me and you dey drive this motor ooo if you sleep me self fit fall asleep ooh. I was like i understand. That was how we started gisting and he exposed to me how dosing on steering has killed a lot of his collegues while some are seriously ill due to stress and inadequate rest after a long drive.

So Guys, this is not an issue one has to over emphasise. Tell your car partner you need some day off, its for the safety of you, your health, your rider, the other person driving in the road and even the pedestrians, the car and property.

Take out That time to rest today and save yourself the sorry case that may arise tomorrow

May God bless our hustle.

Walahi drivers on rental are very wicked. How can you guys be making that huge amount of money on daily basis and still be paying 25k or 30k as rental every week.

Toyota camry available for rental. 50k per week.

Let me chip in a bit.. This is a business and these business is not for everyone... partners do have a responsibility of their own. Some partners have to pay back loan etc..

That been said, if you are working in a corporate environment in a developed country.. Your boss or manger can give you a certain amount of time to deal with personal issues that might have . You are given sick days vacation days etc.. But once it gets to a point personal issues affects the business. Than your manger will have to decide what is important you or the business.

Business Ethics .. All businesses or business owners should practice this. But not to the point that it collapse the business.. Yes things are tough and it can also be tough for business owners..

Very correct baba.

I'm not advocating full week off or days off in every week.

All im trying to say to drivers who drives on a dailys should have some days off in a month. Having a day or two off doesn't even mean the person won't meet up to the weekly rental payment. Its for the good of all especially for those on rental.

I was talking do a guy in lekki some weeks back, you needed to see sleep all over him yet this guy was still accepting request moving Lagos around all in the name of I'm on HP.

Years back in portharcourt I dosed off on steering while driving home after all night drive it was the covet I clamp that woke me up. Thank God u wasntbon a high speed.

Most road accident can be traced down to drivers sleeping due to tireness and inadequate rest.

If I become a partner owner tomorrow I'll tell who so ever rental my vehicle to take a day or two off to rest.

Who no go no know.

Oga Dru. It doesn't necessarily need to affect the business, it's all about planning and willing to take care of yourself.
A driver can work hard Mon-Wednesday and pay off his remmitance, take Thursday and Friday morning off, then work for his own personal money during the weekend.
We can't over emphasize the importance of rest in this hustle, those people telling you to eat bitter kola so you go fit work well for night are not your friends at all, if you're tired and Uche is telling you to still keep moving Lagos, my brother off the app sleep!

Sir how does this sound like a complain? Dont have sabbatical at your place of office

Top ogas go on leave once every 3months, some twice in a year while some once yearly that doesnt include public holidays, weekends and sick leaves or maternity leaves.

So why won't a driver who is conveying people about on a daily bases go on a compulsory leave?

If a driver rents your car and get involve in an accident then after thorough investigations it was discovered he slept while driving who do you think loses? Him alone?

Oga think we'll biko

But e get some kind headace way Thursday to Friday morning off no go fit cure o...

How about the muscular strain, the back ace only to mention a few. Abi muscle pull never hold you before?

The truth is, you can't possibly work everyday in a month stretch. Some days just a particular attitude from a rider can spoil the qhole of your day leaving you with no other option but to just go home. It happened to me on Sunday.

Those people claiming 35k gross earning on a daily bases should come and explain to us the tricks they use.

Reason I like angryigboman to some extent is he shares his achieve of knowledge freely without monitizing it like a few people do.

The issue of rest and medical attention in offices or at work can not be over emphasis unless to an uneducated person.
