No one is talking about private individuals or IOCs investing in Rivers state, the issue on discourse is lac of federal presence in Rivers. Amaechi claims insecurity is the reason for zero federal presence yet Rivers is safer than Kaduna, katsina, Adamawa, Borno etc that the FG is siting projects and establishing all kinds of higher institutions.
