Abeg what will make SH charge 35% commission on a domain? Is it that the domain is bad or there are high hopes of it being sold? they charged 30% for the others i've been submitting.

Maybe because you didn't submit with SH coin. Names submitted with SH coins are charged 30% or less.

I submitted with coin. They showed 35% commision for the last 2 domains of mine that were accepted.

Sometime In 2018 I bought a name, which belong to a small business . And they are still using the name as their website address in their active Facebook account.

I have sent them different fb messages and mails, but they never replied any.

The domain get views which I believe happen because of their customers visit.

I just renewed the domain name again and will continue to renew, to see what they will do.



2nd one.

I got a two word domain name, geo to be precise.
I did a little outbound and an enduser told me why did I do this to her, that she was sick, and that the domain name is hers. That she forgot to renew it. That she can send me her doctor's report and medical expenses to show she was sick.

I asked her to pay 3oo for it, she said it can't happen that I should have mercy, I asked her to pay 99 for it, she said that the renewal of the domain is just 25, and she didn't reply me again.
I am still holding on to the name....

Third one....

I got a name and did an outbound, a guy started insulting me that it's his name and he did drop it on purpose. That I should stop disturbing him to buy....

Am still holding up to the name.



Truly don't envy the sales alone, because outbounding isn't easy....

Yesterday I got a name and did a quick outbound for it, immediately I got two replies.

One is not interested why the second person what's just laughing at me.....

Samething over here some are not ready to pay more than $100 one priced me $75 for a two word geo domain yesterday and I refused.

Another priced me $25 for another two word geo domain I refused....

Inbound enquiries I have received for this month are mostly $100 for geo names,one I accepted has not paid uptill now.
