You are probably the most honest writer here

Ibadan has better infrastructure than Onisha but Onisha has more industrial activities than ibadan being the industrial headquarters of the Eastern region.

The industrial headquarters of the west lies within Ogun and Lagos.

Although ibadan still has a lot of middle scale and Agro allied industries.
The industrial head quarters of the east is in aba.

Even Nnewi is coming up quickly.

How many thirty story building are in the East or the whole of Nigeria?

I served in Aba (NYSC), I have been to Owerri and Onisha. I haven't seen this so called thirty story buildings that cost 350m

And how many igbos live in upscale areas? Are you sure you have ever left the east? This your argument is typical of those living in the East who believes that majority of the upscale areas around Nigeria belongs to igbos. They forget rich and poor people exist in every tribe.

Meanwhile, you haven't been to ibadan.

30 storey building doesn't make a region developed....the tallest buildings bare in Kuala Lumpur yet Indonesia isn't yet a developed nation

lol don't mind them. only ignorant people make blind argument. they will also use the size of an area or city to judge or rate developments

Okay

Luxembourg is the smallest city in Europe with low building but it is the country with the highest level of development in terms of GDP capital income

France is big but Monaco which is small is much better

It isn't about size but capacity

Maybe, I am not entirely sure.

The rate of industrial development in Ogun state in recent years has been huge..

It seems more and more industries are popping up or leaving Lagos to set up shop in Ogun state, but I disappointed at the rate of Infrastructural development in Ogun state tbh.

The question you should be asking is ....how many of these so called industries are owned by Ogun indigenes.... If they are owned by outsiders trust me Ogun gains little in terms of 10% percent tax and 90% capital flight....the advantage of Onitsha is that 90% of the industry are owned by Anambra and the momey doesn't leave

Why do people even bother opening threads such as this one except they are suffering from acute inferiority complex.

What's the point y'all are trying to prove?

That Igboland is more developed than Yorubaland?

Ok. Agreed. Igboland is more developed than Yorubaland. Are you happy?

So when exactly are you guys going to pack your loads and garbages, sorry, baggages from Yorubaland and move back to the ultra developed Igboland?

Those posting the ancient parts of Ibadan and claiming that Ibadan is a big slum, need we remind you that your family members are seeking shelter under the same brown roofs because they fled from the "developed" Igboland to seek refuge in Ibadan?

Having talk building is as a result of space constraints not actually development...at least I have been to Dubai severally

You are high on cheap drugs, the majority of Igbos in Lagos are an economic immigrant without the money and know-how to engage in economic colonization. Majority of them are small scale trader that hustle from hand to mouth on a daily bases.

I have been to the east and there is no evidence of any development that will gove others sleepness night. If you called all those Onitsha houses with proper plumbing and water system development then you don't know what development is.

I will rather live in any ancient southwestern city with mould house, good road, a huge consumer economy and very social people than to live in small Igbo semi-autonomous villages without road and electricity.
