2 hours is too much if the proximity is correct..... driving should take u less than 20mins if there's no traffic.

I was just being nice... From upper Hill to kilimani itself is just 10 minutes...upper hill to parklands not more than 30 mins...

One of the reasons why Lagos economy is so big is because development is spread to many places... Both on the island and mainland... The same can't be said of Nairobi...

that is what we call city planning. Urbanization is totally different from city planning and development. Spreading your roads all over Lagos does not mean anything as far as city development is concerned...
