Use an old toothbrush, dab it in a bit of methylated spirit and use it to brush the speaker area, use a soft cloth to dry, leave to fully dry for about 5-10mins. U should be okay

Secondly if u have pending updates pls update Ur phone to the latest patch.

2.click on dispute finished (if dispute hasn't been resolved you'll see Dispute in progress') as shown on the second picture.
3. You'll see proposed solution with the amount beneath it as shown on the third picture

I ordered for it two weeks ago and I got it last week. Everything came as expected but I was disappointed with the battery. The battery runs out like water. I now walk around with my charger. It doesn't last me for 4 hours.

There are a lot of things that deplete Ur battery during usage.
First check Ur screen brightness and set it to as low as u can manage, secondly go to settings and search for WiFi and Bluetooth scanning, turn both off.
Check Ur network strength, the greatest killer of battery is bad network, use the network that works most efficiently in Ur area, then on network too; disable dual 4G on Ur phone, put the SIM for data on 4G and the other SIM on 2G.
Lastly, choose and appropriate charger, some chargers may charge fast but the battery life dwindles faster, while some might not be as fast but u get better battery backup, then as a rule never over charge Ur battery. If you can don't charge Ur batteries overnight.
