How did that man that can't construct one proper sentence in English become speaker?

How did being able to "construct one proper sentence in English" become measure of intelligence

THIS SPEAKER HAS HELD THIS POSITION FOR DONKEY YEARS.

Although, he is doing a good job as speaker.

However, he should allow others to come in and bring in their own innovation.

He can aspire to be a governor or deputy governor.

If Lagosian value his contributions they can consider him for other higher position.

This guy, Obasa, has a place he stays at GreenHills Estate in Agege., apart from his official quarters.

You need to move around his constituency to see how people live in abject squalor to know that this never-do-good of a speaker has little or no interest of his constituency at heart.
He has done his part,he owes his constituency nothing,at every election cycle they collect what they want upfront,in cash, kind ,and materials, the development of the constituency is usually not part of the bargain, that is why you see the electorates returning them again and again

Leave the jokers

They need to visit the Zamfara and Kano to find out which language thèy conduct business in.
They leave ABA and carry Lagos matter for head as if their heads are not flat enough
