they are 3 . make sure you take all 3 same time. i noticed vast improvement when i took it, though i was also on a terrific daily fruit/smoothie combo.

Her doctor will be in better position to determine if its the fibroid that is the sole cause of the delay. Hope the dh has done some tests too. Sometimes we assume all is well because there was already an issue but in the end, it might just be what is causing the delay. So let both of them see a specialist so they know what to do.
If fibroid is the sole issue, most people conceive once it's removed.

Best way to use your castor oil for Uterine Adhesion is to massage the uterus for about 15 minutes and also use the castor oil pack. I do that morning and evening. You can check YouTube on how to massage the uterus

Madam your result shows you're not ovulating at all that's y you have not seen period since last year. Your fsh is low. You need egg boosting drugs. Other Sabi mamas go com shook mouth. But don't let it bother there is always a solution to everything.

Allow your body to heal. Take fruits and vegetables and you'll be alright. You can drink warm water first thing in the morning. It's good for general wellbeing
