It's now more than 8 hours that Kulkid promised a full refund but he has decided to ghost. He has been online but ignoring chats. He initially said he was in church and will do the transfer after service via ATM cos his Zenith mobile app was misbehaving. And up till now, no refund, no communication with buyer, and he didn't send the laptop. For me, this is a fraudulent act, a premeditated one at that.

I'll advice that everyone desist from transacting with Kulkid as he has shown that he cannot be trusted or be relied upon. Cc Dragnet.

This is a very sensitive issue and we all are dealers here and we come make money not scam person! I don do deals worth thousands of naira my items are with pradit and Donaltus worth over 500K so why I go run! I refunded a peterflexy002 or something his money after he told me items he got wasn't to his taste why I go run? I have delivered items to clients after payment why will I run! A guy was here the other day shouting I don scam am I don scam am and i dey road dey sweat on how I go take send his items safely to him! Only for him to apologize later! Make nobody try me o! Twinskenny promised next week, if the guy is still interested he can wait till then when the items are on ground then he pays same amount for AIN. I know what refunding means to this business.

It was a good offer for him to have want to buy 10 pcs from him, now he waited 3 weeks and still didn’t get the items which means he might have to now go get it more expensive or start negotiating a new deal - Time is money.

Imagine this:

I collected 250,000 from a guy to get him 11 pro max, I got it as TLC for 225k now, dealhunter after wasting my time and letting me tell guy stories for 3 weeks, now refunded me my 225k. I will have to refund 250k back, 25k gain that I have spent already will have to be cough out and I will loose credibility with that client.

To me it’s always best to even delay (beg clients to be patient) and later get them what they want (sometimes I will give discounts for delay) than refund them back money.

We all have to learn the best way to manage crisis in business.
