It's simple, get the flight manifest of those who flew into the country and publish the names of those who refuse to do the test. For those who might have got it from index cases, publish their names also. They live among us and they cannot hide forever. Testing positive is not a death sentence, they should give themselves up for testing and quarantine.

They would have allowed themselves to catch malaria often so that when they get infected with Corona they wouldn't be able to tell the difference, that way they will go to pharmacy and procure chloroquine which is also effective in treatment of Corona.

Oga personally I find that part you emboldened laughable. Most people buy their tickets through their mobile devices , the same Device that will be used to update them on cancellations and other unforseen incidents.
Besides on the visa applications people rarely lie knowing that embassies take the time and expense to investigate information submitted to them for the application.

The government should make available the identities of those patients with the *coronavirus* so that when one hears the names or sees the pictures then will know that he or she has been together with the patient. Though the government is trying but they need to be more transparent enough by revealing their identities.
