seankafor: What does this prove. That's he is well, capable and full of zest for the job ❓ Every well meaning national leader is giving daily press briefings and not reading from a script. They are taking questions from a wide and varied selection of the media. Our response was to limit the media representation at state house that gives the opportunity for disinformation. There are now even more unanswered questions. 1 Like |

komekn:lol.. save that for the birds There are ministers and personnels addressing the issue putting all neccessary measures to curtail the pandemic. What is he actually gonna say you dont already know? Stay safe,we are on top of the situation, we will come out stronger, bla bla bla.. no one needs those motivational quotes to stay safe and do the right thing. Italian PM has cried on media so many times yet the death toll keeps skyrocketing. Even boris Johnson even suggested half of UK to be injected with the virus so as to attain immunity..what does he got?, the virus in full. I guess that's how many insisted he make a statement on the virus, when he released a press what happened? They turned it to a caricature and mimicked him making jest and unprofound allegations.. The president doesnt need to address shiit before what's right is done.. Lest i forget, he is no more in Cuba as alleged by uniformed propagandists? |

Mosquito kills about 321 people daily in Nigeria which is about 95000 yearly, yet no sit at home, no lock down, no media noise, but a virus that kills people with weak immune system which are mostly infants (very low ) and old people above 60 years with a fatality rate of less than 4% has locked down everywhere including Nigeria? One person dead in 3 months plus in Nigeria from the virus, yet everywhere is locked down? Book haram has killed more than 15,000 Nigerians, no lock down Bad road Bad hospitals Armed robberies etc have killed more people than the so called virus, yet no lock down Lassa fever still killing Nigerians in the hundreds, no lock down Ebola killed thousands, no Lock down. Please what makes this so called virus special that we are being made to shut down everything? Is it because the elderly ones its attacking are mostly leaders of the world? I need to understand what made this different! |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by somehow: 5:14pm On Mar 28, 2020 |
seankafor: Faster yet the fatality rate is less than 4% Meaning it has just 4% chance of killing you except you have a weak immune system or an infant (below 6 months) It has affected more than 620k people but less than 28k dead in 3 months. Check the rate at which malaria is killing, which is more deadly? Why has the world not eradicated malaria? All those donating billions, what are they doing about other deadly diseases with higher fatality rate? No lock down? To me, only infants and elderly people or those with weak immune system should be made to be indoors while the rest only go near them after carrying out the height and hygiene instructions. The world is hurting from the Lock down than the so called virus. Sucks 1 Like |

somehow: You don’t want lock down ba ? You are comparing this issue to malaria right ,a virus that there haven’t been a cure yet Till when Nigeria go turn to Italy na then your eye go clear ,I am sure you have old people in your family above 60 which you do care for To be sincere you didn’t make any sense 4 Likes 1 Share |

My comment is not meant for people with herd mentality. Instead of allowing others think for you, try and think for yourself. I posted a more "suitable" option to total lock down but your herd mentality could not decipher it. Hope you know the world is now in recession from the lockdown? Hunger is coming to do the major damage very soon. Let the elites that can never be hungry be thinking for you. Thanks andrewbaba44: |

somehow: Coming from someone who lick buhari ass dey and night, Take a look at your self attacking someone for insulting an old man, but same you dont care about old people, maybe because you have a strong immune system then you care less about the covid-19 , i am sure that you dont care about people in your family and others people above 60 which the virus might affect alot But you where trying to tell us to respect an old man that day, but same cant be said of you, now i can see that you where just defending buhari because of the bag of rice and groundnut oil and small thousands of naira you collected while voting Think before you talk next time 2 Likes 1 Share |

seankafor:If you're comfortable with the elected president addressing us twice a year, (independence and democracy day celebration) so many Nigerian are not pleased with that. We didn't vote him in to ghost on us. We need proactive leadership, Someone who takes the wheel and shows exemplary leadership in the face of an pandemic attack like this. Most information about covid-19 from the presidency has been done from the Twitter handle of his aids. The blast in Lagos was addressed from his Twitter handle. The blast today at Akure has not been addressed yet...... This is not the leadership we voted for. Please note: We didn't vote for his minsters or personnels 4 Likes |

This government has done so many things wrong and is still getting many things wrong.. but the president's address isnt the most priority now. Just stay indoors and safe.. is that hard to ask? |
