I personally think he spoke well, the only annoying thing he said was that relief materials will be shared in the coming weeks, when we are already 1 week into the lockdown. When should we be expecting the relief material ooo, and how is it going to be distributed?[i][/i] |

If this was a response to the people clamouring to hear the voice of their president, then I'll rate it 18/50. First, a national address is not about blabbing grammar! We don't dey hear talks tire....the number one citizen should be able to speak to the very heart of each person, allay their fears, reassure them that we're together, condole with those who are sick, address pressing concerns with quick solutions as regards p provision of stimulus packages! Them nor dey watch other country's president give speeches? I just dey shame...even see background wey Dem use. |

It was well said. We all gat the message. I just hope Nigerians are satisfied now he's addressed the nation. Well all need to be optimistic. Let go of the hate and anger. Remember we have traders selling garri for #1200 a paint, what do you think would happen if people like such were the president? We all criticize the FG based on his speech, accent and tone, but if i call one of those who criticize the FG to come and address the nation in other languages, he/she might not be perfect. I didn't even bother watching For those who did, was it live  The content was shallow, empty and lacks substance! Can you imagine With all the billions donated, he only spoke about trademoni, farm moni or whatever, he wasn't even precise about when the relief materials will get o Nigerians  He didn't even talk about pending the tax for now So Nigerians should lockdown, stay at home and how precisely will they cope These are areas he have to address Instead he just spoke rubbish with confidence as usual! all I see is that Nigerians deserve d kinda leaders we have cos we are too insensitive n too insatiable,I don't think God has created someone that will satisfy Nigerians.Some days back they were calling out the president for not addressing the nation about this coronavirus issue n now he has done that and they are still saying it's recorded. like seriously,what do these people want?like seriously am beginning to understand the reason y politicians just ignore d masses n live their life. As soon as I heard that the president will give a speech, I told my family to stock up asap. Thank God, I still feel sorry for those who didn't, we brought this upon ourselves by insisting on hearing from him, what did you all expect? God bless Nigeria. |
