It's surprising how South Africa's economy is that small with all the gold, diamond, chromite, palladium, long history of education and interaction with Europe and Asia. I guess it's the apartheid thing. The Boers excluded the blacks from the meaningful sectors of the economy. Now the blacks are the majority with nothing to show for it but crime,HIV, drug use and other vices. This has surely restricted the growth of the South African economy and society.

You cannot tear out majority of the black race that makes their entire pop and expect to grow ......the 6% white pop has done their part and that is why SA is where it is today..it is let for the over 87% black to rise up and place the country in its rightful place...

Addis Ababans say it belongs to the people living in Addis. Tigray and Amhara region fight with land. Oromo and Amhara fight by identity. Amharas run their own land. Oromos too. You open the tv, it says Addis Ababa. Oromo channels never say addis but finfinne. All the regions have their own tv channel and all of them talk all they want. They don't even come to an agreement. Some Oromos carry a new flag with red and green color to represent themselves and they hate the current flag. Some Amharas carry the current flag excluding the star and circle at center. Some oromos disagree being called habesha. They are pointing fingers every time. The chaos is very disturbing.


Only Addis Ababa is free from racism today.
