It is not today the health care in Nigeria was neglected but any time you wake up is morning to you.

With over 150K ventilators, the US is still overwhelmed. There is nowhere to purchase them now. They are between $45-75k for one. Even car manufacturers like Ford and Tesla have offered to help produce them to meet high demands.

So there is nothing wrong with Nigeria begging for them. That is my point. The issue is not even money. There is nowhere to buy them from now.
