How will Kenya be able to repay. My friend we borrow 6B dollars. We repay 6B dollars. That is gov external debt. So, in short, we borrow zero extra dollar. Kenya has very strong private sector....that outside South Africa is Africa biggest investor (leave Nigeria - outside Dangote & Banks) - so all those bring back hard currency. They are many other ways to earn hard currency. FDI for one.
