Hello house, good morning I am so depressed. We have been trying for a baby for over a year now and we visited the doctor last month and he did hydrotubation on me and said everything was fine. We had sex back to back and this morning I was awaken by premenstrual cramps. I tried a home test for pregnancy and it's negative. I feel very terrible and sad. My period is actually supposed to be next week Wednesday. I have been crying my eyes out. I can't even go to the hospital now because of Covid-19. Please I need your help and advice. I am down.

Hello house..just thought to share some personal tips that worked for me to encourage someine out there...

I also ttced for 2years 3months before I had my first child..and another 2years plus again before I got pregnant the second time and on both occasions, I had an irregular flow as long as 50-56 days or more..I went for tests.took drugs but still no solution.

I eventually got tired of all d drugs and turned to God, my Mother Mary and stuck to just folic acid + vitamin E (the soft yellow ones by Mason and Nature's field, I guess any other brand wld also do).

I noticed the vit E made my period more irregular but one thing remained constant for both pregnancies, after taking the vit E + folic acid combo for about 14 days or so , my cycle got longer and within 6weeks or so I got preggy on two different occasions of course with lots of prayers as well...

Dunno if it's a coincidence or not but please check in with your doctors and hear what they have to say about the vitE + folic acid combo cause it worked for me..
Just tot to share...praying God grants everyone here their special heart desires, in Jesus name, Amen!!!

Ma'am all hope is not gone.pregnancy and mensuration have the same symptoms. u still have till next week to be sure.Use this period to pray to get a BFP next week.

It is not advisable to take throughout the cycle if u r GTC.There has been some concern that taking vitamin E supplements might be harmful to the fetus when taken in early pregnancy.However,Its best taken the day after your period stops to the day before your ovulation.

Dear, I understand your feelings. But the doctor was right it’s not an urgent case. I wouldn’t go if I were in your shoes. Please keep away from hospital till this corona madness is over. Just take your time now to eat healthy and enjoy your time with dh. Fertility blessings

I get your point MA, but it's a gyne clinic and not general, and almost everyone that comes to gyne clinic is ttcing, (from my observation though) we were just 8 in numbers and I was number 7, as against the usual crowd of 20 and above, it wouldn't have taken anything from him if he just counsel me on the next step to take. it's well shall, I'll do as you have said.

Be calm and put your trust in God. The cramps could be sure to implantation since you still have a week before your cycle.

Has anyone heard about DRO? I stumbled yin some of her teachings last year on rant or so on Facebook. Her name is Dr Olubusola Olufemi on FB. You can check her out and listen to the few tips she shared on fertility.

I just saw the morphology is not good. 70% with small heads. You need to work on that.

That lab needs to print another test result as their printer did a very poor job. You will have to look down the line and not the side to see the actual figure for a parameters. That is why a previous poster said you should go back to them for a clearer reading.

Please can I use any cotton clothing material in the stead of "flanel" for castor oil massage?
Today was supposed to be my next appointment day with gyne, but I chose to "stay home".
So, I solely want to make do with my Faith, Prayers & Castor oil massage (Till God heals our land & sets us free) as am trusting HIM to bypass multiple fibroids & bless me.
HE did it for miraclebaby, HE did it for beauty4ashes,...mine wouldn't be an exception IJN...!

You have to see a doctor. In addition to that, take plenty fruits and vegetables. Take vit e and vitamin c . The supplements that work for men sperm issues are; evergreen formula for men, adyzoa, and fertile aid for men Quit drinking and smoking atleast for this TTC period.
Those supplements have the required vitamins in the right quantities as well as other enzymes that help. You can see improvement from 1 to 3 months.

@all, vit e is good for both male and female TTC,but the issue I have with it is weight gain.

I also have a long cycle length of 45days. I used to be confused at the very beginning. Thought everyone was supposed to have a 28 day cycle length and this made me induce to have AF till 2017, I decided to go for vit b6, folic acid and vit e and same month I conceived though not without prayers. I believe God is working on somebody's life this morning. Your testimonies will abound. Baby dust to us all. (Trying for baby 2)

Castor oil massage is done after period to stop at ovulation if you intend to try that month. Reason is that the heat may affect conception as sperm does not like hot environment. So stop before ovulation if you want to try for that month. It’s normally recommended to do it for 3days and take a break of one or 2 days.
