I think it's hard to know when a woman is faking it, but if she is not giving you suggestions on how to adjust, which position she likes, if all she does is encourage you and tell you that you are the alpha and Omega in bed. if she is not telling you to stop and continue at the same time, if you are not receiving any form of reasonable sincere feedback, if she is not telling you the parts she enjoyed most and the parts she least liked.
