They expect the government should have seen the future.

Funny enough, most of them wailing could not save money, food or supplies for the lockdown even as many they saw warnings everyday.

Hypocrites they are.
They are slashing capital budget. People are losing jobs and also cutting salaries. Our government will be doing less since they slashed Capex but nothing happened to recurrent. Weh done.

Don't blame them, nobody expected Buhari to suddenly wake up from slumber to declare lockdown on us.

Only N300 Billion?

There should be no new capital project this year!
And find a way to trimming recurrent expenditure

This should reduce borrowing... Afterall, we never achieve any remarkable percent budget implementation ever.

What's tha business?

If they trim recurrent only civil servant salary would be affected, the senators and ministers won't be affected

Rice sufficiency? Rice trafficker still pass Tru Sango Ota rd yesterday evening. And that is s common view if you live around idiroko border.
So who are the people eating those fayawo rice

Nigeria has reached a high level of rice sufficiency and if you cannot see it, then you really shouldn't be making comments.

Rice mills are being opened everyday whilst the government has even shut the land borders to reduce the act of smuggling.

Isn't that diversification ?

NYSC has failed to achieve what it is created for, Nigerians are more divided than we were before the civil war. So NYSC should be scrap.

Why slash capital budget? Why not reduce frivolities and wastages in exorbitant salaries of legislators and government leaders.

Where was that done.. go to the market today it’s infested with foreign rice.. let’s not defend mediocrity. If this govt has done enough the people will see the effects. By the way I don’t support any party I only care about good governance.

You can say so, but I know how much i personally made from cultivating local rice through workers in Cross River state.

When you say let's not defend mediocrity, what was your own personal contribution to diversification?

Ive told you mine and I'm not even a farmer.
